There is no other place in which you’ll feel more at home than our apartments, enchanted by the beauty of the surroundings which you will be able to enjoy from your balconies or private gardens.
On the occasion of the 50° anniversary of the launching of our family business, we have renovated the restrooms of our apartments “Meran” and “Lebenberg”, in order to provide our home with a more modern touch suitable for any necessity.

The 2-person a day price offers refer to the apartments “Lebenberg” and “Meran”, meanwhile 4-person a day for the “Panorama” apartment.
For any extra visitor older than 6, will be required to pay a 12 euro per day fee. The tourist tax 2,20euros is added separately for each day for adults and children over 14. Meals: You will be able to make use of our bread-service from monday to saturday. On request breakfast will be served (13 euros a day per person). The price includes final cleaning, sheets, towls, heating, electricity and water.

Children and additional beds
Children are very welcome!
Each room can host one additional bed/crib.
The latter will be available only if requested and confirmed.
Crib and high chairs will be available on request for free.
Services:
Each apartment is equipped with balcony, refrigerator and stove; coffee machine and moka, dishes, hair-drier, dishwasher/drier and flatiron, TV, Wi-Fi, garden with deck-chairs, barbecue, park for children (swing, sandbox, ping-pong, badminton).

It is allowed to smoke on the balconies and outside.
Cancellation policy
Pursuant to and by effect of the safeguard code of the costumer, there will be no right of withdrawal, although we allow the following cancellation conditions:
The booking will be confirmed only after paying the deposit and after sending the confirmation of your registration. The deposit isn’t refundable in case of cancellation.
Cancellation Policy pursuant to and by effect of article 1382 of the Civil Code:
until 60 days before the arrival date the booking will be cancelled without penality, and only the deposit will be withheld.
The cancellation between the 60° day and the day before the arrival o the same day of the arrival foresees the following payments: from 60-30 days before the arrival, 40% of the price will be witheld; less than 30 days until the day before the arrival, 70% will be withheld.
In case of early departure you will have to pay the original price for the days of your stay plus 70% of the remaining days that you had booked originally.
